Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stone-Store Batihome SRL, Aachener Straße 212, 4730 Hauset, Belgium, phone: +32 473 86 21 13, email: hello@fireworks-belgium.be) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. There are no delivery costs, as we only offer collection in our shop. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back in our shop.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, during our opening hours or by appointment in our shop (Stone-Store Batihome SRL, Aachener Straße 212, 4730 Hauset, Belgium). The deadline is met if you hand over the goods to us before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will not incur any costs for the return. Please do not send fireworks back by post or parcel service – they are dangerous goods.

The return is made in person at our shop in Hauset.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional information (not part of the withdrawal policy)

As we only offer collection in our shop, there are no delivery costs. You can return the goods free of charge in our shop in Hauset during our opening hours or by appointment. Please note: fireworks are dangerous goods and generally may not be sent by post or normal parcel services. Keep the goods dry and safe until you return them. Not collecting an ordered item is not a withdrawal. Please declare your withdrawal expressly, for example by email.
