Withdraw from contract

This translation is provided for convenience only. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.
Here you can withdraw, in whole or in part, from a contract you concluded in our online shop. You do not need a customer account.

Please fill in the following fields and then click “Confirm withdrawal”. Immediately after submitting, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt from us with the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the period expires. Information on your right of withdrawal, deadlines, returning the goods and refunds can be found in our withdrawal policy. You can also still declare your withdrawal by email to hello@fireworks-belgium.be, by letter to Stone-Store Batihome SRL, Aachener Straße 212, 4730 Hauset, Belgium, or using the model withdrawal form.


Only fill in if you want to withdraw for individual items only. If left blank, the withdrawal applies to the entire order.
